Terms of Service

Scope of Practice. Massage therapy at KM Massage and Bodywork is provided for wellness purposes. It is not a substitute for medical care, and no diagnoses are made. Please disclose relevant health conditions on your intake form.

Appointments & Cancellation. Appointments are required. Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with 24–48 hours' notice receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are not refunded and are charged the full service price.

Late Arrival. Sessions end at the scheduled time so the next client isn't delayed; full price applies.

Payment. Payment is due at time of service. Accepted methods: cash, Venmo, and Cash App.

Membership. Membership is available to established clients at $55 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per month. You may cancel your membership at any time. Membership payments are non-refundable, and unused hours do not roll over to the following month, memberships may only be shared between two people.

Mobile Appointments. Mobile sessions are available throughout Butte County for a $50 flat fee within the Chico area, plus $0.50 per mile beyond. A quiet space of approximately 8×10 feet is required.

Draping & Conduct. Professional draping is used at all times. Any inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately, with full charge, and results in refusal of future service.

Right to Refuse. Service may be declined for illness, intoxication, or contraindicated conditions.
